Step 2: Submit Your Quote Request Fill out our online quote form with your event details. You’ll receive a customized quote with any optional add-ons you choose.
Step 3: Finalize Your Booking (50% Deposit) Once you review your quote, secure your date with a 50% booking deposit. Nothing is held on our calendar without a deposit — this locks in your igloo and guarantees availability.
Step 4: Delivery & Setup Our team arrives on-site for delivery and installation. Setup typically takes about 1-2 hours depending on your package, add-ons, and layout. The remaining balance is due prior to installation crew's departure from site.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Experience Your igloo is ready to go. Relax, celebrate, or host your event comfortably — we make sure everything looks perfect.
Step 6: Takedown & Pickup After your event, we return for a seamless takedown and pickup on the coordinated pickup date.
