Our packages range from heated igloo rentals to fully furnished setups. Depending on the package selected, your rental may include an electric fireplace heater, string lighting, extension cord, power strip, perimeter weights, furniture, and flooring. Additional upgrades are also available.
Yes. Our heated igloo packages include an electric fireplace heater designed to make the space more comfortable during colder weather. Heating performance can vary depending on the outdoor temperature and weather conditions.
Our igloos are approximately 11.5 feet in diameter with about 107 square feet of interior space. Guest capacity depends on the furniture configuration and intended use, so we can recommend the best setup based on your event.
Yes. Our heaters and lighting require access to a suitable electrical outlet. We provide extension cords and power distribution equipment with applicable packages, but electrical access must be available at the event location.
Yes. Empire State Igloos handles delivery, professional installation, and breakdown. Our team arrives according to the scheduled installation window and returns for removal at the agreed-upon time.
We offer rentals ranging from single-day events to multi-day, weekly, and longer-term installations. Extended rentals are especially popular with restaurants, hotels, apartment communities, corporate properties, and other commercial clients.
Yes. We provide commercial igloo rentals for restaurants, hotels, corporate offices, residential properties, venues, universities, and other organizations. Seasonal and recurring rental arrangements are available for qualifying projects.

Our igloos are designed for outdoor use, but severe weather can affect installation or rental conditions.
